I'm Jozette Pierre Karkour, a passionate Italian - Syrian Interior Architect who has made Florence, Italy my home since 2011. With a deep love for design, I pursued my education at the European University of Science and Art in Aleppo, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture. Fueling my passion further, I embarked on a journey to Florence and obtained my Master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Florence Design Academy.
Overview
I enjoy the freedom and creativity that comes with being a full time Interior Designer. Additionally, collaborating with a diverse team of talented professionals around the world has allowed me to work on a wide range of projects, from residential villas to luxurious hotels.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I have also had the opportunity to explore the world of high-end fashion. Playing a role in color scheme management and window design has given me a unique perspective on the intersection of fashion and interior design. Moreover, my passion for abstract paintings and pattern design allows me to infuse artistic elements into my work.

From the early days of my university education, I have been fortunate to work on significant projects, including prestigious residential villas and five-star hotels in Syria. However, it was after completing my Master's degree that I had the chance to broaden my horizons. As a Showroom Designer in two different companies specializing in high-end fabrics, tiles, and sanitary ware, I gained invaluable experience and honed my skills.
One of the most remarkable highlights of my career was working on a unique project in Los Angeles, California, with one of the top 10 design studios in the city, entrusted me with designing a custom-made chandelier from scratch. This exquisite piece was produced in Venice, Italy using Murano glass to perfectly complement the concept of the villa's foyer.
Throughout my journey, traveling has enriched my experiences and expanded my design perspective. Working with clients from Europe, the USA, Dubai, Egypt, and Lebanon has allowed me to bridge cultural differences and create spaces that resonate with their unique needs.
My ultimate goal is to become a trusted reference point for anyone seeking guidance or inspiration in the field of interior design. By fostering connections and breaking down barriers, I aspire to make the world feel like one small village through the power of design.
